Haley Penn, 22, and a 2013 Forney High School graduate walked the podium to receive her Bachelors of Social Work degree, with Magna Cum Laudem, from Texas Woman’s University on December 15th. Since fall 2015 at Trinity Valley Community College, Haley has been on the Presidential List every consecutive semester.
